Heather has been working in health care and the healing arts since 1999 after graduating from nursing school at the University of Virginia. Seeing a need for more preventative care and deeper healing in her patients, she attended the Academy of Oriental Medicine at Austin, graduating in 2006. Since that time her practice and training have continued to grow toward psycho spiritual healing and growth, seeking to create more ease and freedom for her clients. Heather specializes in physical and emotional trauma recovery, depression, anxiety, and stress management, allergies, post-COVID recovery, and cardiac and digestive issues.
